Jackson Sterling, Lance Sterling's son, wanted to get into the restaurant business, so Lance partnered with his son. Lance brings over 40 years in the Restaurant industry to Sterling Steak House. Our mix of upscale dining with delicious steak and live music, makes us the spot for any celebration and night out.
Our server Rose was fantastic. She was attentive, personable, and funny! She made our dining experience that much better. Go to Sterling and ask to be seated in Rose’s section. You won’t be disappointed!

We had an amazing dinner at Sterling Steakhouse. The Parmesan crusted Chilean sea bass was amazing. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to go back!
